UTOPIA

The Utah Telecommunication Open Infrastructure Agency or UTOPIA is an interlocal government agency comprising 15 Utah municipalities engaged in deploying an open service provider fiber to the premises network. OHIvey has provided UTOPIA with program managment, project management, business analysis, grant writing, and other services.
